| Monthly Rentals | | Discounts may be available for non-transient monthly rentals. Monthly rentals will have a cap on utilities such as electric, water, and propane. You retain the right to use, possession and enjoyment of the home during the entire period. However, in order to comply with City rental regulations the following applies: 1) Only friends and family known to Historic Hideaways prior to rental may occupy the unit during the monthly period.
